We always seem to get inquiries about turning on utilities in Eagle Ridge. I don't know why they don't ask their real estate agent, but here is the information:

Gas and Electric (Pacific Gas and Electric): http://www.pge.com/

Water: The Finance Department in City Hall can assist you with starting water service. A written signature is required to start water service. Click here to download the Water & Sewer request form. It can be faxed (number is at the top of the form) or brought in to City Hall. More information is also available on our website about rates and fees. Please call the Finance Department at (408) 846-0420 for further information.

Garbage: http://www.southvalleydisposal.com/

Cable TV: http://www.charter.com/

There is also satellite service available, but I am not aware of which ones, sorry.

Nothing to be afraid of, and many prefer th live under one.
The Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&R's) create a uniformity which helps maintain property values, and at times can eliminate certain things that neighbors do which irritate other neighbors, such a common problems like baketball hoops left in street, Long term RV parking, landscape issues, home painting, additions which may detract from the appearance of the neighborhood, etc.

Hello everyone,

Thanks to the help of my Eagle Ridge Neighbor, Tom, I am able to now offer the a very easy way for people to view all homes for sale in Eagle Ridge.

I searched all over, and found out the most complete mapping of homes for sale, with the best interface avaiable. This is rather new technology, and it finally arrived. I had a client ask me about this maybe 3 years ago, so I am glad the software gurus that are out there got onto it, and built something.

I have checked other agent's websites (I'm sure they're tracking mine...) and in the battle of websites, this mapping/MLS search tool is the best out there. It was truly worth the money invested. The initial response from my fellow agents has been incredible. It also allows for searches in areas other than Eagle Ridge...
